We are excited to announce that renovations have been officially completed at the Glen Dimplex Americas’ facility in Cambridge, Ontario. The smart workspace has taken almost a year from concept design to completion. “It is symbolic of the direction the organization is quickly moving in. We are an organization committed to Enhancing the Moments that Matter in Life. For our Customers, our Suppliers and our People,” says Chief Executive Robert Bartucci.
Visitors to the Cambridge location will notice the workspace is open concept, with teams situated adjacent to other functional departments to maximize speed and efficiency. By consolidating our teams in location and providing them with the technology and tools that they need to service our customers, we continue to put our customers first– a top priority for Glen Dimplex Americas.
There is also an emphasis on wellness in the new workspace including:
- lots of natural light
- minimalistic and ergonomically friendly workstations
- LED lighting, climate-controlled HVAC system and the introduction of personal reusable water bottles for employees and guests to help reduce our carbon footprint
This new space provides Glen Dimplex Americas with a scalable office that will grow with our business, now and in the future. We want to promote an environment that not only supports our current teams but also promotes a positive atmosphere that encourages the continuous acquisition of new talent.
