Stelpro products

The manufacturing label on which the model number is affixed to is at the bottom rear of all models.

Hazard identified

The heating elements of the heaters pose a risk of electric arc or fire.

As of the date of this notice, no bodily harm has been reported in Canada.

What you must do

Consumers should immediately cease the use of such heaters and disconnect them.

In conformity with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act, redistribution sale or donation of such products is prohibited.
